Peter McCarthy

Peter McCarthy has 15 years asset management experience, having undertaken a number of consultancy projects for both the public and private sectors including involvement in over 15 PPP projects. He has significant experience in life-cycle costing analysis, infrastructure procurement, strategy development, asset management planning and operations specification for a variety of different asset types. As a recognised expert in strategic asset management Peter has presented papers at IQPC conferences and published articles in industry journals. He currently lectures part-time on Strategic Asset Management to the Property Development Post Graduate course at the University of Technology Sydney.

Joe Giani

Joe Giani brings to Assetera expertise in asset management, life cycle and operating cost modelling, statistical analysis, system analysis, risk analysis, program planning and condition assessment. This expertise is also supported by his background experience in the design, project management and construction management of a wide range of civil and building projects. Joe has worked on a number of projects, including PPP Projects that required a detailed whole of life cycle.

John Townes

John Townes is Assetera's information technology expert. He has over 15 years experience in the development of software solutions and network support. John has a high level of expertise in Languages and Tools, Technologies and Frameworks, and Operating Systems. Prior to joining Assetera John was a solutions architect for a major financial institution.

Wayne Herbert

Wayne Herbert brings asset assessment and data capture expertise to Assetera. Wayne has over 20 years experience in the construction industry with an extensive background in commercial facilities upgrades. Since 2000 Wayne has been working in asset assessment and data collection. Over the past 7 years Wayne has worked on facility assessments for a variety of clients including TAFE, NSW Dept of Housing, Dept of Defence, Cumberland Housing, City of Canterbury, City of Ryde, and Sydney Harbour & Foreshore Authority.
