Peter McCarthy has 20 years asset management experience, having undertaken a number of consultancy projects for both the public and private sectors including involvement in over 15 PPP projects. He has significant experience in life-cycle costing analysis, infrastructure procurement, strategy development, asset management planning and operations specification for a variety of different asset types. As a recognised expert in strategic asset management Peter has presented papers at IQPC conferences and published articles in industry journals. He currently lectures part-time on Strategic Asset Management to the Property Development Post Graduate course at the University of Technology Sydney.
