Charles Sturt University

Assetera developed a transition procedure plan and a full life cycle cost plan for the recently built accommodation buildings for the Wagga Wagga campus of the Charles Sturt University.

City of Canterbury

Assetera has completed 2 programs of building audits for the City of Canterbury as a sub-contractor to Alliance Network International. These projects have involved carrying out condition assessments of local council facilities and providing a detailed report including projected costs over a five year period.

University of Sydney

Assetera were engaged by ITC to carry out an data inventory collection and condition assessment exercise as part of a project to compile a comprehesive asset management approach. Eight buildings with an area in excess of 100,000 m2 GFA were assessed by Assetera within a 4 week period and included famous Quad Building as well as the recently constructed SIT Building.

Lifecycle Costing Exercise for Westpac Corporate Facility

Assetera were engaged by Westpac to carry out an estimate for the life cycle and operational costs associated with the business case process for a specialised corporate facility.

Westfield Bondi Junction

Assetera carried out a review of the post construction defects and how they were affecting the operation of the facility. The final report included a detailed cost estimate for rectification works and a management strategy.

MacQuarie University Private Hospital

Macquarie University Private Hospital (MUPH) is a proposed joint venture development between Macquarie University and Dalcross Private Hospital. Assetera was engaged by Westpac to determine an initial estimate of scale of cost required for the operation and maintenance of MUPH over the 45-year concession period, with a requirement for a remaining 5-year residual life on all building elements.

Alfred Medical Research and Education Precinct, Bayside Health

The scope of services included the development of a life cycle and operational cost estimate for Stage 1 & 2 of The Alfred Centre to explore options for private sector involvement in construction & operation of a facility on a long term basis.


 

Cumberland Housing Trust
