Australian Jockey Club

Assetera were engaged by the Australian Jockey Club to undertake the condition assessment of the Member Grandstand at the Royal Randwick Racecourse and to produce a condition report and 10 year asset plan to address backlog maintenance and required capital replacements
 

BATA - Asset Register

Tungsten engaged Assetera to develop an asset regiser for the BATA facility at Eastgardens NSW. The facility is spread across numerous buildings on a 20 hectare site. The project took 3 weeks to complete and involved the collection of over 10,000 records (Oct 2009)

Railcorp (NSW)

Condition Assessment of 28 facilities (Sept 2008 - March 2009)

RTA (NSW) Condition Assessment

Assetera undertook a comprehensive condition audit of over 350 RTA facilities including motor registries, work centres and depots on behalf of the ITC Group. Assetera's reports included the specifications for the repair and backlog maintenance tasks with the cost estimates. (Sept 2008 - April 2009)

Willoughby City Council

Assetera carried out a full asset register and condition assessment of the Willoughby Leisure Centre. The condition report included a 5 year plan for backlog maintenance and capital replacement.

Hornsby Shire Council

Assetera undertook a comprehensive condition assessment of 13 council properties providing a full photographic report, the repair task specifications and cost estimate.

City of Ryde

Assetera developed an asset register for the 87 car parks in the Ryde council area. This work included the collection of data on all the elements within the car parks including condition, type, GPS reference, photographs etc. The data was transferred directly into City of Ryde's asset management system.

Assessment of Condition for Commercial Properties

Following the close working relationship that was established on the University of Sydney project, Assetera were engaged by the ITC Group to assist in the assessment of commercial properties in the major city locations across Australia and New Zealand.

Assetera utilised the "Assessor" tool to efficiently gather condition information including photographs and quickly provide condition data back to ITC Group in an agreed format.
 

University of Sydney

Assetera were engaged by ITC to carry out an data inventory collection and condition assessment exercise as part of a project to compile a comprehesive asset management approach. Eight buildings with an area in excess of 100,000 m2 GFA were assessed by Assetera within a 4 week period and included famous Quad Building as well as the recently constructed SIT Building.
