Australian Jockey Club

Assetera were engaged by the Australian Jockey Club to undertake the condition assessment of the Member Grandstand at the Royal Randwick Racecourse and to produce a condition report and 10 year asset plan to address backlog maintenance and required capital replacements

BATA - Asset Register

Tungsten engaged Assetera to develop an asset register for the BATA facility at Eastgardens NSW. The facility is spread across numerous buildings on a 20 hectare site. The project took over 3 weeks to complete and involved the collection of over 10,000 records. (Oct 2009)

Assessment of Condition for Commerial Properties

Following the close working relationship that was established on the University of Sydney project, Assetera were engaged by the ITC Group to assist in the assessment of commercial properties in the major city locations across Australia and New Zealand.

Assetera utilised the "Assessor" tool to efficiently gather condition information including photographs and quickly provide condition data back to ITC Group in an agreed format.

Lifecycle Costing Exercise for Westpac Corporate Facility

Assetera were engaged by Westpac to carry out an estimate for the life cycle and operational costs associated with the business case process for a specialised corporate facility.

Westfield Bondi Junction

Assetera carried out a review of the post construction defects and how they were affecting the? operation of the facility. The final report included a detailed cost estimate for rectification works and a management strategy.

Melbourne Convention Centre PPP Project

Assetera prepared a Operational Phase Due Diligence Report to the Plenary Group / Multiplex Consortium for the Melbourne Convention Centre Development. Having review all the life cycle costs and operational cost models in the due diligence report, the report was forwarded to the credit rating agencies.
