Assetera is part of the consulting group lead by Deloitte that is developing the business case for the Sunshine Coast Hospital project. Assetera is assisting Deloitte as Facility Management expert.

Royal North Shore Hospital PPP Project, NSW Health

Assetera is assisted Plenary Health in the preparation of the tender submission for the redevelopment of the Royal North Shore Hospital. The scope of services provided includes:

  • Facility Management consulting services
  • Shadow pricing of FM operators costs
  • Project Management assistance throughout the preparation of the FM part of the tender
  • Evaluation of the risks of the payment mechanism under the PPP arrangement

Royal Children?s Hospital Project PPP

Assetera conducted a review of operational and life cycle costing prices prepared by Honeywell for the Plenary Group submission.

Alfred Medical Research and Education Precinct, Bayside Health

The scope of services included the development of a life cycle and operational cost estimate for Stage 1 & 2 of The Alfred Centre to explore options for private sector involvement in construction & operation of a facility on a long term basis.


Macquarie University Private Hospital

Macquarie University Private Hospital (MUPH) is a proposed joint venture development between Macquarie University and Dalcross Private Hospital. Assetera was engaged by Westpac to determine an initial estimate of scale of cost required for the operation and maintenance of MUPH over the 45-year concession period, with a requirement for a remaining 5-year residual life on all building elements.

Orange Hospital

NSW Health engaged Assetera to review the life cycle and operational cost components of the Public Sector Comparator for the redevelopment of the Bathurst, Orange and Bloomfield hospitals (ReBOB) PPP Project.
